I was in Groton for a wedding and sightseeing for 6 days. I ate here every day. Good service and great, healthy lunches. Once the food was ordered it did not take very long for our food to be ready. Good portions. They did run out of the bread bowls , which was a bummer. I ordered the Asian sesame chicken salad several times, and the greens were different on a couple occasions, but fresh.
Drove out of my way to get here coming from another Panera that had poor customer service. This location had fast service and the food was great. Worth the extra 10 minute drive.
I always love Panera, but I particularly liked that the staff was super friendly at this location! I definitely felt like they actually wanted to interact with customers.
Panera is very good place. The food is always delicious and nutritious. A lot of flavorful items on the menu. They offer free wifi and lemons for your drinks. I mean, even their bread is good and full of flavor. The only negative is the price, it's pricey. The amount of food is decent but it's very expensive for a semi-fast food experience. Enjoy!
