I highly recommend this hotel regularly to friends and colleagues.

I've stayed here previously a couple years ago and except the old smell, had a great experience. This time the smell was gone and it was very fresh and nice! We got a 1 bedroom apartment on a service floor that felt like an outdated time share (it even had dishes and silverware!) Considering that we thought we'd get a standard Hotel room it was awesome! Unfortunately there was a problem with the heat not heating the bedroom, so we needed to switch and got downsized to a studio ish apartment with no kitchen.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room, mini kitchenette, free wifi. Tiny bathroom. Breakfast buffet was fine by the standards of typical hotel buffets. Food got cold quickly but all the usual suspects were there: eggs, bacon, ham, hash browns, pancakes, breads. Enjoyed our experience and will return if in the area again. Close to casinos, too.

This hotel was disgusting. Room smelt like mildew. Bed stunk horribly like mildew. Water damage all over the ceilings, walls and lamp. Dining area was gross. Booths were all torn up and very dirty. Couldn't have had a worse stay. No water pressure what's so ever in the shower. Very dirty also. Wouldn't recommend for anyone to stay here.

This hotel is the best I've been in and I've stayed in luxury hotels all over the world. The restaurants within the hotel are phenomenal, bespoke dishes galore. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Aside from the heat problems the front desk was very nice and willing to help find another room. The staff was very nice. The building is definitely locked in what felt like the early 80s, and some of the 40s, but the nostalgic feel worked for them. It was very clean, and comfy. The furniture must have been more up to date and the linens were pretty nice. Would definitely go back, but maybe not the winter. Seems they need to update the heating systems.

This place was a pleasant surprise! We arrived earlier than anticipated..no problem...room ( I should say suite) was ready. Very clean. Slightly dated furniture, but not worn, etc. Ate lunch in bar/restaurant. Very good soup/sammie! Overall very, very nice! Will certainly come again!
