Very professional, did what he said he was going to do, no surprises. Even exceeded my expectations as far as parts and workmanship. Would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member.
I called Joe on a Monday morning and he saw me immediately. Within a few hours he called to tell me I would need a replacement transmission and that he would look around for me. Later that day he calls with a quote for a used transmission with low miles. Joe worked with me on my payment situation, taking half of the money before the job and half after. The car was finished by Thursday afternoon that same week! He was a very knowledgeable and down to Earth guy and I would highly recommend him!
