Best car wash in the area for the money. The wax guy in the garage is spectacular. Have been going monthly for the past year taking all 6 of my cars. He has never disappointed. Will take special request on using personal wax an new pads. Always works with you if you need more attention in a special area. Car always comes out looking like it's off the showroom floor. Met the new owners also who were very kind an courteous to a loyal customer. Sat an listed to my recommendations an criticism. Would give an extra star if possible !
Easily the worst service I've had at any car wash. I paid for the membership, and then on top of if I paid for the most expensive cleaning. Just for them to skip my backseat moon roof, my floor mats, my grill, my wheel wells, they splattered tire shine all over the body after just washing & waxing it, honestly the list goes on. Pretty ridiculous. Then I went back just now, they told me my 72 hour guarantee was only on the outside and how they're not cleaning the inside again. So I went inside to tell the cashier, and she told me that since i forgot my receipt that they won't do it. Then when I went back outside to have them do whatever sloppy horseshit job that they'll do, they moved my car, putting me back at the end of the line that I just waited 15 minutes in. Forcing me to get no cleaning because now I have to go get my kids from school. Great job with excellent customer service, especially for members!!
This carwash has changed hands and the new management/owners have really taken it from a 5 Star establishment to a 1 Star. I paid for the exterior and interior Wash service, but not a detail. The exterior wash is automated and still in good working order so the exterior of my car looked great. But the interior cleaning was horrible, my interior was worse than when I arrived! There were sticky shiny random spots in my car where they "cleaned" and nothing else was touched. I had a few french fry pieces in my cup holder that did not get vacuumed out, dust on my dash except a few spots where it was shiny and sticky. My shift knob was sticky and unpleasant to touch. I don't know what they are thinking.
Only place I get my car washed. They do a great job. Always get the Admiral. Good price for what they do.
