Great experience! During my fiance's deployment, he used the Mystic Florist to send me flowers and it meant so much to me. And I think it says a lot how a company responds when they mess up. They forgot to deliver my flowers one month and rather than just deliver them late they sent an apology bouquet as well, without me ever saying anything.
