The absolute WORST parking lot (if that's what you can call it) on the planet. It detracts from you even remotely being able to appreciate low priced, tax free goods. It's like Shanghai during rush hour! I know that you don't have a lot of room to expand, but my goodness, man, get it together. If the Japanese can figure out how to stuff thousands of people in capsule hotels, then someone on this base can figure out the parking situation. If not, just hire Kisho Kurokawa to do it for you.
