I am not in a wheelchair, but I myself am disabled. I find Lighthouse Square an easy place to shop with parking spaces normally available very close to each store.
Had breakfast at The Shack restaurant. Simply the best breakfast in S.E. Connecticut. That goes for all of their locations!
