She failed to receive my authorization, then when presented with that data, both her and Curtis accused me of being the typical person who would request that type of policy because they see it all the time. once again as a paying customer I'M giving an attitude when I ask my rep mike why he didn't call me back last week? he was suppose to call me back and let me know some finical figures on my account were going to , or were not going to change on a due date this month. wow talk about customer service ... his excuse, he was waiting on underwriting ? in todays time even as paying customer your a burden to who you pay for a service . all I wanted was a phone call back , sorry to burden you for what we call being a pro
