Pretty good value (At least compared to what I have been paying at the "laundromat" at my apartments). A few machines were out of service but not enough to effect things. Relatively clean and dryers are a good size. I like that you can pay with a card considering im new to the area and dont have a local bank to get cash or quarters. Biggest complaint is the lack of seating, but overall good experience
New management is AMAZING. I called from NY to ask about laundry services for my mother who lives in CT, and Amy and Adam went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and her laundry was done right. Timely, affordable, incredible service!!

One star was the lowest rating it let me put I would rather not give them any stars. Was there tonight I washed my clothes as normal went to dry them and the old Spanish speaking guys that works there told me I wasn't allowed to dry my clothes and he kicked me out and I've been going there for years and never had any problems I think they need new workers that aren't going to be so rude
Sign said last wash at 10 and open until midnight. My husband dropped our laundry off around 730 and put in the dryer before he left. He got there at 10pm to pick up the clothes and the door was locked and the employee was in there with his girlfriend just staring at him. He wasn’t going to let him in because he claimed they closed at 10pm. Either update your signs or get new staff. Almost had to call the police to be able to get my clothes because he refused to let us get them even though the business hours are clearly stated on then the front door. If your staff has enough time to lock the doors and sit in there with his girlfriend there’s something seriously wrong there. It was our first time going there and our last. Get better employees! That’s just bad business!
