My son has asthma, I don't have a problem asking someone to put the cigarette out but what if it was an individual who is not confrontational as I am? they would take their kids and leave. I don't think that is fair to the kids or people who don't smoke. management have no smoking posters at the swimming pool but none around the playground, why is that?
Not perfect, but certainly better than a single star. Have always had professional conversations with staff and prompt service from a respectful maintenance crew.
maintenance is awful. very unhappy.
I have been stationed here for a year and I reside here at balfour beatty Groton, so far I have to disagree with some people say about maintenance. However there is a problem with office management when it comes to following up with residents questions, I asked a question about smokers, are they allowed to smoke in public playgrounds within 50 feet of kids?
Matience sucks bad. Moving out in June. Would not recommend you spending your money here.
