Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I rented a truck for three days and was told if I needed to return it before the three days call him, I called Sunday morning to return back the truck, a day early and he told me before he would be there at 0500 and he would not answer but the phone, tried several times and he be would not answer the phone, when I returned the truck on Monday his computer was running a security check and verify was told to call back later for the amount I will be billed for, I would never do business with this person again, I called Penske customer service and they made it right very helpful
We rent from Penske several time a year. Trucks have always been up to date with there service. Penske trucks can do the heavy lifting, as opposed to other rental groups, and when required, a lift gate is a welcome option. Dave, in Groton is our guy. Always attentive, and up front with appointments. Definitely like the service we receive from Dave at Penske in Groton, Connecticut
Was told on Saturday that they're only open on Sundays from 5am-6am, so I wake up at 445am to get there on time.....sat and waited and waited and waited and waited. Nobody showed up! So i guess i have to go spend almost double at Uhaul! Thanks Penske
