Very unprofessional and rude in my opinion. I wasted my time based on what was said to me by an employee and instead of owning up or fixing their mistake I was dismissed. Glad I do not have an account or mortgage at this bank.
They are very helpful polite professional and more. I absolutely would recommend this bank to everyone Although we only have 2 in My area which is the only downside.
