IF I could put NO STAR, I certainly would!!! DO NOT buy from Shantok Motors and get Financing from Oracle Finance. One of the representatives by the name of Morgan D. is THE MOST unprofessional individual you will ever come in contact with. After personal hardships during these times, I would communicate and ask for relief because they are the ONLY ones not offering any during this pandemic. She blatantly disrespected me over the phone and tried to tell me what my life situation was. She raised her voice at me and also to top it off hung up on me as well. I’ve been in customer service over a decade now and I know THAT behavior is not ok. I was told I had to pay off the rest of my loan in order to retrieve it and then was told a different story. These people don’t know what they’re doing never the less know how to treat people. I’d suggest taking time to build your credit and going to name brand places because they will not do what this place does to people.
I was in a car accident then in the hospital my insurance deemed my car total and sent them a check for 5 grand because I was hospitalized and could not sign a paper they then sent a letter that my car was being reposed . When I called to question I was told all communication from this point forward had to be in writing. Don't ever use these people
One of the office girls is very rude!!! She don't care about ur situation nor do they listen to you when u are speaking to them!!! She speaks over u and continues to tell u you are not listening to what she is telling you!!!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS HERE AGAIN AND DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO
Very rude, awful experience with this lender. The office women is very argumentative and apparently hates her life and job. She has the worst attitude. Hopefully they will let her go maybe it will be a better company with nicer people.
Office girl is mean, and refuses to listen to you. She insists that a 19% loan is a normal thing, and How dare I offer a $5000 lump some to pay off the remaining $6000 of INTEREST. She won't even let you tell her that you died last year, and have incurred thousands of dollars in medical costs. They just refuse to care.
