Everything in the apartment is old and break constantly. The water wouldn't flush at times, laundry machine wouldn't dry cloths, there is intermittent leaking on the roof top. There are these little insect which comes into the room and bite constantly..If you want the maintenance guy to come in and out of your room constantly then that apartment is good for you. The outside of the apartment looks great but it's not worth it and cost is overpriced anyway. The whole apartment is old and needs a makeover but I guess they are more interested in how the outside look than investing in the facilities inside. Everything breakdown which comes into the rooms from nowhere and they bite
Swimming pool and food serves
I lived there for less than three months, after signing a one year contract I loaned the manager an older laptop I had to spare so they could attend an online college for an education. Shortly after that I was kicked out of the community for no reason and the manager never returned the laptop or attempted to replace the laptop. The company kicks you out then sues for damages when you only lived there three months, what damages could there be? They rely on military families because of the location to the bases and it's not worth the time or money, it's much smarter to rent a house or buy a small house for the duration of your deployment. Do not trust them or rely upon them!
