Charged for an extra day and it still didn't add up to what the uhaul customer service rep told me on the receipt. Lied and said I stole their furniture pads? What the hell do I need your furniture pads for when I'm done moving?!?! Told me to dispute it with uhaul and uhaul keeps sending me back to then with no resolution. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Stay far, far, away!!!
