Emily, the assistant, was fantastic beyond reproach and genuine but wow, her manager scares me with her façade. Be a wise serpent - get tons of legit signed documents if $$ is concerned and ask questions like an innocent dove. Luckily we kept our skin but feared we could have lost it. I understand this is New England and there is lots of old money but treat people with respect no matter their heritage.
