The Hispanic gentleman working at the front pick up counter was extremely helpful and greeted me with a smile, very professional. I cannot say the same for the employee whom was working weekday/morning shift, at the Avis car return counter. He was not friendly or approachable at all. Took him about 2 minutes to acknowledge my presence as he continued to fill out paperwork and ignore me while I stood directly in front of him. Very rude I must say.
