Terrible customer service, prices don't align, $10 extension fee and the car had flat tires when it was picked up. Yea Budget is budget prices, but you pay for it in other ways. I will use another car lease company next time.
A small location with dedicated and caring staff. I've never been disappionted. The out of date photo does not represent the pleasant facility they have. Since I mostly rent on a one way basis, it would be a nice pleasant surprise to get an occasional "return to station" upgrade.
Rented a car for a long weekend business trip, was given an upgrade at a very reasonable rate to an almost new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Staff was extremely nice and pickup location was easy to get to and drop off, car was in great shape. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a rental car in the groton/new london/norwich area to rent here. I will certainly get my next rental from here as well.

One of the nicest compact cars I've rented (brand new Ford Focus with 2,000 miles on it), great value, friendly staff - highly recommend using Budget/Avis when renting in the New London/Groton area, and especially when using USAA discount.
