Came in yesterday looking for a specific car I had seen online. Jordan showed me the car and took me for a test drive. Afterwards I explained the deal I was looking for and with Roberts help in financing I was able to trade in and leave that day with he car. Fantastic service with a good sense of humor that made it a great experience.

Went in with my mom to drive a TLX. First thing we told him is 'We are not buying anything today.' Kept pressing, then asked for phone and email, then make and model of current car and wouldn't answer the questions we were asking. Then just about ask we were done and ready to go home, brought over the manager, 'for a quick question, as the computer was acting up.' But really it was just to try to butter us up from a different angle. CAN'T BE A WORSE DEALERSHIP. WOULD NEVER GO THERE. EVER. PERIOD. I work in the service industry so I don't usually put negative reviews, but this place warrants every one of them.
