Awesome place to purchase a car! My husband and I just purchased a SUV from here and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. We had a minor glitch in the sale but they were so friendly and accomdating and made sure that they made it right and we were satisfied!

I knew I wanted this car, and said so.

He does.

We initially visited Michael Kia in regards to a car for our son, and were so impressed by the work Mario put in to help us that we returned just a few days later to inquire about a vehicle for me. Even with all the stresses that can come with the holidays and the extreme cold we were experiencing, both Mario and Al were professional, friendly and worked hard to give us all the facts we needed without pressuring. I will definitely send my friends and family their way in the future!

Mario spent the next hour at his workstation securing my financing. Actually, he got several approvals. After about 20 minutes, he looked at me & said "I've already gotten 2 banks to agree to finance You at a lower rate, but I turned them down because We can do better." I said I really appreciated what he was doing. Mario: "Hey. I fight for My Customers."

Wow. I could get this car. I could afford this car. I could put a 3 year extended all inclusive warranty on this car and still afford it. All because Mario fights for his Customers.

I told the guy on the phone I'd think about it & call them back.

Visited while shopping for a truck and hybrid. We didn't buy from here, but it wasn't because of the dealership or sales experience. Of the 8 different brands we visited, our experience at this Kia was in the top 25%. Their vehicles are very nice and the sales staff listened, and didn't just talk or push. We initially didn't consider a Kia, but we're pleasantly surprised and impressed with the products we tested.

We did the deal. I drove away in the Car I wanted, with an extended warranty, payment I could afford at a great rate, a complementary detailing to be scheduled when needed, and the first oil change scheduled. I'm planning to have this Honda CR-V serviced there.

Buying a car can be a harrowing experience. First You need to research. What will fit Your needs? What do You want beyond that? Narrow it down. What can You afford? What mileage is acceptable? How good is Your Credit?

I told Mario I'd checked the NADA resale values of the car and Michael KIA's price was pretty fair (It was. This gave me a good initial impression. This got better the more I spoke with Mario & Alberto & experienced their professionalism.)

I just want to say that Alberto and Mario were absolutely amazing. I mean I have always been scared of dealerships and get anxiety. But these two made my life wonderful. I felt accepted and comfortable the entire time from start to finish. So professional. I would recommend everyone coming here first to get a car. There was a third lady that did make some magic happen to get the car I’m sorry I dont have her name but thank you all SO very much. I appreciate everything you have just done to improve my life.

Alberto and I took a ride up Rt 12 & down Gold Star Highway. This gave a variety of driving conditions, a bit of highway, a bit of local roads. I was impressed. Car is in great condition. Rides smooth, suspension not as stiff as earlier Hondas. I noted this to Alberto.

I went out to see the car. Alberto had thoughtfully opened the doors & hatchback for me to inspect. The first thing I looked at is the cargo area. I wanted more storage behind the rear seat than I had in my Scion xB. I liked the way the rear seat folds flat - a great feature of the Honda CR-V. I especially like being able to reach in either side of the rear, pull a lever, & see the seat pop up, headrest fold forward, & seat back neatly drop to a nice spacious flat cargo area. I camp, & will enjoy this feature when packing tents, popup shelters, mats & gear for vacation.

After another 25 minutes, Mario came over to me and said he'd been able to get financing at my current Bank at a very favorable rate... More than 2 points lower than I could have gotten from them myself. I was floored. I looked at what the payment would be, ran a test monthly budget on the back of an envelope to make sure I could swing it. I could.

When I walked in, I met the Sales Manager, Mario Quito, & my Sales Associate, Alberto Santana. Both were friendly, impeccably dressed, & utterly professional. I immediately knew this was going to be a great experience. After a quick exchange of pleasantries, I told them what I was looking for in a deal - I had called ahead & made an appointment, so they already knew which car I wanted to see.

We went back & I spoke with Mario, who had listened closely to what I'd said earlier. He didn't play any games, just gave me a spreadsheet reflecting what I had said I needed. I took it & phoned the bank I hoped to use for financing... & was flabbergasted at the outrageous interest rate quoted me.

I bought a 2014 Jetta from these wonderful people on 12/28.

I financed a car through my Bank about 18 months ago, was paying a high APR. Drove it about 10,000 miles since & decided to trade for a newer, lower mileage car. After several weeks of research, NADA lookups & a few test drives I went Michael KIA in Groton, CT. They had a 2014 Honda CR-V with about 59k miles on it that could meet my needs. Once I drove it, I knew it was the car for me.
