Excellent service and the car is exactly what I wanted. Patrick wasn't pushy at all and was very energetic. He helped me through the whole process and worked with me right to the end. Great salesman and dealership.
Drove past this dealership and noticed a local police suv parked along side lot cars that are for sale. Looked closely and noticed he was running radar. He sat higher than the cars so would see him if a dealership will allow this shady operation what does would they do?

I recently was in a car accident and my car was totaled. I only had a rental for a limited amount of time. I ended up meeting Robert Malardo at Cardinal Honda and he helped me tremendously. I was looking for a specific car, specific colour, specific features and Rob did a very good job of making sure that all of my needs were met. In waiting for the pay off for my totaled car, and also dealing with numerous other little issues that have come up due to having to replace a car, he was extremely patient and understanding of the whole situation. When the first car that I was looking at fell through, Rob found me another car and we managed to close the deal on a 2017 Civic EX. I am so incredibly pleased with my new car. He took the time to explain all of the features to me. Also the dealership was really cute they did a "send off" where they all said congratulations and clapped for me, it was adorable. Overall, I had an extremely pleasant experience. Robert stayed in contact with me every step of the way and he couldn't have been a better salesman and I will continue to do business here.
Also I live an hour away and it is definitely worth the drive.
Beware of this dealership! I was recently told that the car I brought in to trade was in such bad shape it was unfit and dangerous to drive. So much so that if I would put down a deposit on a new car they would loan me one to use until it came in. They offered me $1,000 in trade. Went to CarMax where they reported the car in good mechanical condition and offered me $1600. Two other Honda dealers tested it and reported no major problems then offered $1600. Clearly they attempted to take advantage of a single older woman with unscrupulous manipulation.
