The people in the parts department are very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me get exactly what I needed which turned out to not be what I came in thinking I needed. So no wasted time or money having to come back.

Last year I purchased two new bikes off Chris. It was a pleasant, professional and fun experience all the way through. He told me that I would be back next year to get a bigger bike, which I of course denied. 12 months later and I bought a bigger bike from him! His no pressure, personable style of helping you choose what you want, rather than what he would like you to buy was awesome and refreshing.
