I took my wife To eat hear last night I was not Hungry since i had already eaten at an event. My Wife had a free entree coupon for her Birth Day but they would not let her use it unless she purchased an additional entree asked for the manager who told us the coupon needed to be printed (we don't own a printer ) but she would accept it. but when the waitress came by again, insisted that we had to purchase more food if we wanted to use my wife's Birthday coupon (there was no mention of any conditions in free birthday entree stating there was additional purchase required) we just paid for our drinks and left. this is not the first time i have had problems or "inconveniences" with this particular Applebee's but last night was their last chance there are so many other much better places to eat around the area to bad this place is so poorly managed. wont ever be going here again
I was a bit nervous going here due to the modest reviews, but had a nice dinner. Good service and good food. The only hiccup we had was google maps taking us a strange back roads way there, but took us a quick straight trip back to our hotel.
Even when you look old, they want to see your ID twice. Once when you order and once when you get the drinks. Ths Mac and Cheese is only pasta (no cheese, no cream.) The stake has a lot of fat (I love fat, but this is too much for me.) I do not recommend this place at all.
And there IS A BUG IN MY STRAW
Their mixed drinks which they HIGHLY recommend is so weak and all sugar juice that I asked for an extra shot to make it taste like a normal mixed drink. It's 5.79 for an extra shot, fine I'll pay. Get it back and its tastes the SAME! And they acted all miffed and I was very polite about it and didn't complain the second time and just let it go even though there is zero difference in the big drink. Not going to come back--- cuz the cocktail makes the dinner and they don't know how to make ANY drinks right.
We usually go there to celebrate birthdays and special occasions. It's a good place to go for good food and drinks.
