Newly renovated! The place looks gorgeous! Great job guys! I just got a huge order to taste a little bit of everything. Let me tell you... IT'S ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! the food is super tasty. Really happy with this KFC. Enjoy guys!
Since the rebuild, the place has been on point. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is available in minutes. They always have a line, but that's not the staff's fault. It moves quickly. They are doing great there since the rebuild, and now the building faces Panera, and looks like a bucket of chicken. It catches your eye, while the dining room moves you away from being forced to watch the intersection and instead have a conversation with the people around you or at your table.
Times say they are open till 10, the inside dinning seems to close at 8. The drive up menu is confusing and hard to read.
Recently renovated may look nice, but not being able to fill an order for crispy dark meat, 2 hours before you close, is pretty ridiculous. This is the second time in a row that my order couldn’t be filled. Won’t be going back. It’s a shame, nice new building, same crappy business practices.
