Standard Hampton Inn. Front desk staff was generally helpful. Room was a bit noisy due to an event in the meeting room, but it didn't go into evening hours and wasn't really disruptive (easily avoidable by not being on the first floor). Rooms are very comfortable and I slept great.

My stay at Hampton Inn Groton was fantastic. The room was ready for me when I got there and I was able to use the new digital key system with the Hilton Honors app on my phone. I found no problems in the room and it was quite spacious and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Awful!! Woman checking us in had no idea what she was doing and couldn't even make us key cards. Finally in our room to find the AC unit made an awful noise. Called down for maintenance, waited an hour to find out maintenance person left for the day. Had to pack up four people and change rooms. Found out in the process that rooms in the upper floors were leaking due to external construction. Toilet in new room clogged first thing in the next morning. Called again for maintenance, never came. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Couldn't wait to check out.

Great amenities. Friendly service. Nice clean rooms. Can't comment on pool as we didn't use it. But free fruit and coffee all day is very nice

The room size was great (suite) & plenty of space in bathroom. Our room looked nice and new. The mattress was a little uncomfortably firm. But when we left the room, in the hallway we heard the sounds of young children. We were surprised because we never heard them until then. Good sound proof rooms! We enjoyed our stay.
